I believe thoroughly in the importance of having a healthy body. I believe that a healthy body just improves the quality of life. Staying fit and eating healthily allow one to stay mobile throughout their lives and fully enjoy themselves. This is why I am very concerned with the rate by which obesity is increasing in America and all over the world. With my hometown, Indianapolis, Indiana, being one of the top fifteen most obese states in the United States, I have been informed of the effects and problems with obesity throughout my whole life. The governor of Indianapolis, Mitch Daniels, even has a new idea called "Losing Weight with your State" to make Indiana's obesity numbers lower.
