Lately, I have become obsessed with the HBO television series, Sex and the City. It ran from 1998 to 2004, but I can still watch reruns on television, watch episodes online, or borrow complete seasons from my friends. The show focuses on a main character named Carrie Bradshaw, a woman in journalism who lives in New York City. She writes a weekly column for a popular New York newspaper that deals with relationships. The series follows the lives of Carrie and her four friends, Samantha, Charlotte, and Miranda, as they live, work, and fall in love in the city. The show is targeted at all women who are old enough to watch, and has been enjoyed by millions of girls like me who would love to lead the city life of Carrie.
